The Mach 3 Burst "Blur" is a Cervical Armor upgrade used by Xero during the events of Xionic Madness 3 and 4.
Description[]
Once the Aeroblade's information is downloaded into the suit, the Mach 3 upgrade also becomes available, but only if the suit is compatible.
This upgrade allows the user to use small but efficient high-speed bursts of movement. While it's generally used in conjuction with the Aeroblade, no regulation says otherwise about being able t use it with any other weapon or equipment.
